Nanoscopic半导体系统热导率的尺寸依赖性

摘要
我们研究了纳米尺度半导体系统中热导率的尺寸依赖性。推导了一个包含表面散射和声子传输尺寸约束效应的解析公式。该理论公式对Si和GaAs纳米线及薄膜的现有实验数据表现出良好的一致性。
