摘要
对超导转变温度Tc为47 K的锑掺杂112型铁基超导体Ca1-xLaxFeAs2进行了单晶X射线衍射研究。掺杂的Sb优先替代的不是FeAs层中的As(1),而是砷锯齿链层中的As(2)。讨论了Sb掺杂导致Tc提升的结构原因。
