少层黑磷的一步法剥离与功能化及其在聚合物复合材料中的应用

摘要
我们展示了将块体黑磷大规模剥离为少层黑磷的方法。我们采用湿法喷射磨(WJM)作为一种可工业规模化的剥离技术。为避免剥离薄片因氧化而降解，在剥离过程中通过功能化(使用4-溴苯重氮四氟硼酸盐)对少层黑磷进行保护。我们将剥离并功能化的薄片作为填料加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯基体中以测试机械耐久性，相较于纯聚合物，其杨氏模量提高了106%。这些数据支持了将黑磷材料发展为二维聚合物填料与性能增强剂。
