高亮度光注入器中阴极横向动量单次成像

摘要

在最先进的光注入器电子源中,光发射的热发射度主导了最终注入器发射度。因此,低发射度阴极的研制与诊断十分重要。高梯度枪的常规热发射度测量耗时较长,因此在 photocathode 寿命期间,热发射度不像量子效率那样被频繁测量,尽管二者对光注入器优化都至关重要。本文提出一种针对阴极 RF 枪的光发射横向动量(即单位 rms 激光光斑尺寸的热发射度)单次测量方法。通过调节枪螺线管聚焦,将阴极处电子的横向动量成像到下游荧光屏,从而实现对光电子横向动量 rms 值及详细能谱的单次测量。本文报道了相关模拟与原理验证实验。
