摘要
中子荧光于扫描电子显微镜被应用于一种能够发射单光子的半导体量子点纳米线结构。我们展示了中子荧光不仅可用于成像和光谱，还可用于测量关联函数并表征单光子发射器的纯度。电子束可被操控以最小化寄生荧光的收集。在低温下，我们观察到热力学预算（通过声子侧带测量）接近非共振微型光致发光的值。这使得中子荧光成为寻求新型单光子源的高效工具。
