高压下 Skutterudite CoP3 单晶生长

摘要
考察了一种生长 Skutterudite 化合物单晶的新方法。采用楔形 cubic-anvil 高压装置，在 3.5 GPa 压力下从比例物料熔体中生长了 CoP3 单晶。粉末 X 射线衍射和电子探针微量分析表明，所得原晶体为单相 CoP3。结果表明，CoP3 在高压下为等容熔融合物。
