摘要
系统神经科学的一个基本目标是探测驱动行为的神经活动动力学。在此，我们展示一种仪器，能够在自由运动的秀丽隐杆线虫（C. elegans）中，通过 Channelrhodopsin 同步操控神经活动，通过 GCaMP3 监测神经响应，并观察行为。我们利用该仪器直接观察了机械感觉回路中感觉刺激、中间神经元活动和运动之间的关系。
