摘要
通过研究随机非线性基因调控网络对输入信号发生器的响应,揭示了该网络的结构。详细研究了四个应用:两个线性系统的非线性连接、逻辑脉冲的设计、分子放大器以及 E2F1 调控元件中三个信号发生器的干涉。基因相互作用使用具有精确数学结构并保留过程生物学含义的分子图示呈现。
