本文报告了开发名为Signa App的应用程序，遵循以用户为中心的设计哲学。Signa App旨在为使用手势语言的听障人士提供移动端的符号记号（SignWriting）文本编辑和创建平台。该提案基于缺乏面向听障人士且可用性好的移动应用程序。该应用程序已在成人、儿童和青少年群体中进行测试，结果显示其接受度和易用性较高。该应用程序已引入SignWriting用户社区，获得积极反馈。此外，该应用程序已上线Google Play商店。
