摘要
我们引入一个框架，用于量化实践社区（Communities of Practice）及主题相关社区集合中常见词的语义变异。我们表明，尽管某些意义漂移在相关社区间共享，另一些则是社区特有的，因而与所讨论主题无关。我们提出此类发现作为支持社会驱动的语义变异社会语言学理论的证据。结果通过一个独立的语言建模任务进行评估。此外，我们考察了语言外特征，并表明诸如词的显著度与传播度等因素与语义变异相关。
