冷半导体三阶直流响应中的二阶发散

摘要
在这项工作中，我们给出了冷半导体三阶直流响应中二阶发散的解析表达式，该响应可通过不同的电场设置进行探测。然后，我们将该表达式的结果与有带隙石墨烯单层的响应进行了比较，比较对象是来自速度规范下三阶电导率计算的数值结果。两者之间的良好一致性验证了我们的解析表达式。
