摘要
我们数值实现了 Greffet 提出的粗糙表面上方散射电磁场的微扰级数，从而能够评估表面轮廓函数的二阶局域态密度。我们展示了具有规则纳米结构的表面的热近场的典型结果，研究了连续阶次中出现的贡献的相对大小。然后，该方法被用于估计理想化近场扫描热显微镜 (NSThM) 的分辨率极限。
