摘要
我们展示了在 (111) 取向 GaAs 中的 L3 光子晶体腔内，于电信波长处产生的二次谐波。与在传统 (001) 取向 GaAs 中制造的光子晶体腔相比，在 (111) 取向 GaAs 中制造的光子晶体腔产生的二次谐波功率显著增加。
