助熔剂生长 KTiOPO4 晶体脊形光波导中的相位匹配二次谐波产生

摘要
在长 15.8 mm、平均横截面积 38 平方微米 的 KTiOPO4 微米级脊形波导中实现了 II 型二次谐波产生。将理论预测与实验进行了比较。在相位匹配波长与二次谐波强度两方面均获得了高度一致。该工作为集成参量光学开辟了广阔前景。
