二次谐波非均匀分量的产生效率

摘要
在本快报中，我们实验演示了在 GaAs 腔体的不透明区域中，使用峰值强度约为 10MW/cm² 的 3ps 泵浦脉冲，在 612nm 处实现了效率约为 0.1% 的二次谐波转换。我们证明，非均匀、相位锁定的二次谐波分量的转换效率是腔体品质因子 Q 的二次函数。
