量子霍尔系统相图的尺度化方法

摘要
我们提出了对量子霍尔系统不同液相和固相的简单分类，其在电子之间库仑相互作用显著，即远离整数填充因子的情况下。该分类以及对库仑-密度-波相均衡近似有效性的准则，基于对限制在任意 Landau 能级上的电子有效相互作用势的尺度论证。我们在同一框架下研究了有限温度效应， 并获得了与最近实验结果的良好一致性。
