双层二维电子体间层相干性发生：层间密度不平衡效应

摘要
通道和库仑 drag 是探测双层二维电子体在总 Landau 能级填充因子 下自发间层相干性的敏感探针。我们发现，随着双层中电子密度分布不平衡，介于间层相干态和弱耦合可压缩相之间的相边界会移动到更大的层间距离。临界层间距离随层间密度差而二次方增加。
