基于反优化的参数容差GaAs/AlOx高对比度光栅镜的鲁棒设计及其在VCSEL中的应用

摘要

本文报道了一种GaAs/AlOx高对比度光栅结构设计,该结构在425nm大带宽上表现出99.5%的高反射率。该高对比度光栅(HCG)结构旨在通过替换腔体的顶部布拉格反射镜来增强中红外VCSEL器件的性能。我们实现了一种鲁棒优化算法来设计HCG结构,使其不仅作为高效反射镜,而且对制造缺陷具有鲁棒性。这里提出的设计方法可以很容易地适用于不同波长的其他HCG应用。
