摘要
使用柱坐标，以直接的方式揭示了由螺旋电荷分布（如溶解的 DNA）产生的局域电场中的结构信息。对以柱坐标和螺旋坐标导出的结构因子进行了比较。一个简单的坐标变换即可关联柱坐标和螺旋坐标中的格林函数。我们还比较了在两种坐标系中计算的单螺旋中心轴上的电场。
