摘要
Calin Galeriu (CG) 对我们的手稿“电动力学推迟势中的多普勒特征”[2] 发表了评论 [1]，必须予以适当回应，同时修正符号错误 [3]，以澄清 C. Galeriu 评论中讨论和批评的一些形式方面的问题。同一作者 (CG) 已发表了三篇关于 Li\'enard-Wiechert (L-W) 势中多普勒项 v/c 起源的论文 [4-6]。
