摘要
考虑了点电荷的推迟势，并提出了新的推迟势，包括以光速运动的点电荷的势。Lienard-Wiechert势（连同通常的推迟条件）只是在自由空间中满足齐次波动方程和Lorenz规范条件的众多推迟四维势之一。该分析是在狭义相对论和经典电动力学的背景下进行的。
