重建单顶弒与暗物质介子生产中角相关性

摘要
在包含标量暗物质介子的"简化模型"中进行的单顶 quark生产过程中，提出了一种基于角相关性的新变量，正确重构该变量需分离两个难以探测的无声粒子：中微子与介子。本文分析了各种机器学习方法用于重构这两种粒子动量的技术。将多层感知器与Normalizing Flows架构的结果进行比较。本文所述的基于Normalizing Flows的神经网络在目标变量的重构质量方面表现优异，可用于射流数据分析。
