摘要
在侧向约束的二维电子气 (2DEG) 中,磁传输可因倾斜的霍尔势垒而呈现受修改的散射通道。通过Zener隧穿机制,可实现 Landau 能级之间电子的能级转移,其导向中心偏移,对于磁阻具有显著贡献。在高迁移率GaAs-AlGaAs异结构中观察到的弱场磁阻显著振荡效应,可良好地由Zener机制解释。
