共振能级模型中杂质屏蔽云的实空间结构

摘要
我们对共振能级模型（Resonant Level Model）中的杂质屏蔽云进行了详细研究。屏蔽效应体现在杂质 - 浴关联子随距杂质距离变化的结构中。我们通过对杂质 - 浴关联子和纠缠熵的标度分析来表征屏蔽云。我们设计并研究了多种屏蔽云被破坏或修正的情形：有限温度、杂质相对于化学势的能量失谐，以及具有发散态密度的非常规浴的情况。
