VO2中Mott转变处随机场驱动的空间复杂性

摘要
我们报道了临界簇技术首次应用于二氧化钒中的Mott金属-绝缘体转变。我们表明，通过扫描近场红外显微镜观察到的金属和绝缘斑块的几何性质与系统在温度变化经过随机场Ising模型的临界性附近一致。由此产生的巨大的平衡势垒可能是该系统金属-绝缘体转变相关的异常稳健的滞回现象的来源。
