摘要
拉曼光谱已被用于区分原始氢化类金刚石碳（PHDLC）与电化学氢化类金刚石碳（ECHDLC）的拉曼光谱。ECHDLC 拉曼光谱中背景光致发光（PL）的增强以及 PL 光谱的展宽，被归因于在将 sp2 C=C 电化学氢化为 sp3 C-H 的新颖过程中，PHDLC 表面上 sp3 C-H 密度的增加。
