具有异构服务器与信息不足顾客的排队系统：谁的服务量最高？

摘要
本文中，我们考虑可由排队系统建模的、具有异构服务器且顾客信息不足的体系。针对任意两个服务器，我们证明：最快服务器的繁忙概率低于最慢服务器的繁忙概率；此外，最快服务器的有效服务速率高于最慢服务器的有效服务速率。
