准直晶体中退道与非相干电磁过程的量子与经典处理方法比较

摘要
以相对于晶轴或晶面很小角度在准直晶体中运动的粒子,主要受到连续 Lindhard 势的引导。该相互作用守恒能量 E、纵向动量 p_parallel、粒子横向能量 E_perp,且关于晶体量子态是弹性的。在足够高的能量下,粒子运动为准经典的。原子或晶体电子位置的时间依赖涨落产生残余势,粒子可在此势上散射。该相互作用不守恒前述各量,且对晶体是非弹性的。我们将其处理与经典二体碰撞模型及唯象量子模型进行比较。经典退道率估计比量子退道率大数十个百分点。讨论了邻近原子关联振动的影响。
