本文推导了 Landau-Lifshitz 方程的量子力学类比。已证实 Landau-Lifshitz 方程是构成光谱跃迁与过渡现象动力学基础的物理基本方程。预测了新现象：电自旋波共振（ESWR），其为磁自旋波共振的电学类比。
