单晶六方氮化硼中缺陷的量子发射

摘要
块体六方氮化硼（hBN）是一种高度非线性的天然双曲材料，在现代纳米光子学应用中备受关注。然而，迄今为止尚未见关于其光谱可见部分光学性质以及块体hBN所承载量子发射器的研究报道。本工作中，我们利用亚带隙光学激发研究了hBN晶体在红色光谱范围的发射性质。在室温下观察到来自缺陷的量子发射并进行了详细表征。我们的结果推进了hBN在量子纳米光子学技术中的使用，并增进了对它光学性质的基本理解。
