层状CeRhIn_{5-x}Sn_x与立方CeIn$_{3-x}Sn_x的量子临界性比较

摘要
我们报告了层状重费米子系统\cri ()单晶的低温热膨胀测量结果，并将其与先前对相关立方系统\ci的研究[R. K"{u}chler {\it et al.}, Phys. Rev. Lett. {\bf 96}, 256403 (2006)]进行了比较。两个系统都显示出量子临界点，这由发散的Gr"uneisen比率所证明。最值得注意的是，三维巡游模型解释了这两个系统中的量子临界性，表明\cri中的晶体各向异性并不重要。这归因于这些掺杂系统中弱无序的影响。
