非经典辐射在半导体板中的传播

摘要
基于体半导体发射谱的微观推导，我们得出了宏观量子电动力学中噪声电流算符的清晰物理诠释。这为研究介质效应对在吸收性或放大性半导体中传播的非经典辐射的影响提供了可能。作为一个例子，我们分析了入射压缩真空态的传播。
