基于社会学与心理学画像预测用户语码转换程度

摘要
多语使用者倾向于在对话中交替使用语言，该现象被称为“语码转换”(CS)。CS是一种复杂现象，不仅包含语言学挑战，还因其跨使用者的动态行为而具有高度复杂性。社会学家与心理学家已研究该动态行为，识别出影响CS的因素。本文中，我们针对阿拉伯语-英语CS提供一项实证用户研究，展示用户CS频率与性格特质之间的相关性。我们使用机器学习(ML)验证这些发现，印证并确认既有理论。预测模型能以高于55%的准确率预测用户CS频率，其中旅行经历与人格特质在建模过程中起最大作用。
