少电子量子点中角动量跃迁磁场的幂律依赖关系

摘要
我们证明，少电子量子点在连续角动量值之间发生跃迁的临界磁场，在角动量 值较大时，与有效电子间相互作用强度之间遵循非常简单的幂律依赖关系。我们通过准经典处理解析地得到了该幂律，并通过与精确对角化结果的比较证明了其近乎普适的有效性。
