摘要
本文利用电阻分流约瑟夫森结阵列模型，采用变分法研究了多带颗粒超导薄膜中的超导 - 绝缘体转变。我们表明，在超导相和绝缘相之间可能存在零温金属相，而这一相在普通单带颗粒超导薄膜中是不存在的。该金属相可能在某些掺杂的 pnictide 超导薄膜中可被观测到。
