二维扩展图案孔道中的聚合物穿越：总穿越时间的尺度性

摘要
我们利用分子动力学(MD)仿真研究柔性聚合物通过扩展图案孔道的穿越问题。考虑圆柱形和锥形孔道几何，可通过孔尖角α进行调控。我们测得various链长N、孔长Lp及不同α值下的平均穿越时间⟨τ⟩，发现⟨τ⟩尺度为⟨τ⟩∼N^γ F(Lp N^φ)，其中γ=3.00±0.05，φ=1.50±0.05，适用于图案化及非图案化孔道。
