半导体掺杂超晶格中光子辅助电场畴

摘要
我们研究了高电压区弱耦合掺杂半导体超晶格中的光子辅助隧穿。考虑了一个在平均场近似下处理库仑相互作用的自洽模型。我们讨论了太赫兹辐射存在下电场畴的形成，以及由库仑相互作用带来的强非线性和新的光子辅助隧穿通道共同作用所产生的新多稳态区域的出现。我们展示了电场畴如何由多次光子发射和吸收产生的虚光子边带所支撑。
