相场方法与位错

摘要
我们提出一种通用的形式化方法，将位错引入相场方法。该形式化基于位错环与具有特定无应力应变的板状夹层之间的弹性等价——后者与环的布拉格向量及其法向相关。因此，位错可被视为板状夹层，可与浓度场等其他场进行动态耦合。我们通过模拟Frank-Read源以及在浓度场存在下环的收缩来说明该方法。
