摘要
恶性肿瘤细胞的神经周围侵犯(PNI)已被报道为多种癌症中预后不良的一项独立指标。在玻璃切片上评估小神经中的PNI是一项劳动密集型任务。在本研究中，我们提出一种基于卷积神经网络(CNN)的算法，用于检测结肠、前列腺和胰腺癌中的神经周围侵犯。
