摘要
ILD Si-W ECAL是一种用于国际大型探测器（ILD）的采样量能器，采用钨吸收体和高度分割的硅层，ILD是国际直线对撞机的两个探测器概念之一。SKIROC2是用于ILD Si-W ECAL的ASIC。为调查原型探测器中发现的问题，我们准备了专用的ASIC评估板，带有BGA插座或直接焊接的SKIROC2。我们报告了使用评估板的性能研究，包括信噪比和TDC性能，并比较了SKIROC2及其更新版本SKIROC2A。
