摘要
当周期性多层膜结构内产生驻波机制时，会引发增强的 X 射线荧光。该机制可能涉及用于诱导荧光的初级辐射、荧光的次级辐射，或两者兼有。迄今为止，现有模型仅处理初级辐射的驻波机制。我们提出了一种基于振荡偶极子模型和耦合波理论的理论方法，能够有效处理任何驻波机制。我们将模拟结果与文献中可用的实验数据进行了对比。
