Ba$_3$CaNb$_{2}$O$_9$复杂钙钛矿中的有序化和声子

摘要
本文对Ba3CaNb2O9钙钛矿中的有序化进行了详细研究。通过改变烧结温度和烧结时间，获得了不同有序度的样品。基于部分无序模型，利用拉曼光谱探测了有序参数。为了正确使用部分无序模型，我们对Ba3CaNb2O9进行了从头计算，以指认光学声子。结果表明，烧结温度提高了有序度，而烧结时间对促进有序化效果不明显。
