Gd(Co1/2Mn1/2)O3 钙钛矿中的自旋 - 声子耦合

摘要
我们研究了 Gd(Co1/2Mn1/2)O3 钙钛矿陶瓷在 40 K 至 300 K 温度范围内的温度依赖性拉曼活性声子和磁学性质。样品结晶为正交畸变简单钙钛矿，其对称性属于 Pnma 空间群。数据显示在约 120 K 发生的铁磁转变附近存在自旋 - 声子耦合。拉曼数据和磁化数据的相关性表明，结构有序度影响自旋 - 声子耦合的强度。
