无人机赋能蜂窝网络中小区关联的最优传输理论

摘要
本文提出了一种用于无人机（UAV）赋能蜂窝网络中时延最优小区关联的新框架。具体而言，为了在地面用户任意空间分布下最小化平均网络时延，确定了无人机与地面基站（BS）的最优小区划分。为此，利用最优传输理论的强大数学工具，证明了最优小区关联问题解的存在性，并完整刻画了求解空间。分析与仿真结果表明，所提方法显著改善了平均网络时延。
