MFe₄P₁₂ 结构填料无机材料的光学性质

摘要
对 MFe₄P₁₂ 系列填料无机材料进行红外反射光谱测量，其中 M=La、Th、Ce 和 U。随着 M 从 La 逐渐过渡到 U，系统发生金属-绝缘体相变。我们指出，尽管填料原子对系统的传输性质产生了显著的变化，但对晶格动力学的影响仅有限。我们在其可能的热电应用背景下讨论了这一特性。
