摘要
与高反射涂层相关的布朗热噪声是包括引力波探测器在内的若干精密实验的基本限制。目前正在进行研究,以寻找具有低热噪声且同时满足低吸收和低散射等严格光学要求的涂层。我们报告了离子束溅射氟化镁薄膜的光学和力学性能,并讨论了此类涂层在当前和未来引力波探测器中的应用。
