摘要
镜面热噪声过去是,并且仍将是基于激光干涉仪的引力波探测器灵敏度的主要限制之一。我们报告了由于镜面镀膜和基底损耗引起的预计镜面热噪声。评估包括了目前已知的所有类型的热噪声。考虑了若干种设想的基底和镀膜材料。给出了在室温和低温下运行的镜面的结果。
