基于NAND闪存编程干扰实现的PUF用于轻量级密码学的可持续性研究

摘要

在这项工作中,我们考察了在NAND闪存上使用编程干扰实现的物理不可克隆函数(PUFs)作为轻量级密码学可持续原语的潜力。特别地,我们研究了此类PUFs容忍温度和电压变化的能力,并审视了现有基于编程干扰的NAND闪存PUFs当前的缺陷,以及如何潜在地解决这些缺陷以提供更具鲁棒性和更可持续的安全方案。
