摘要
通过数值模拟研究选择对两项基因变异概括统计量的影响，这些统计量用于描述来自 N 个无性繁殖单倍体个体群体中两基因样本的核苷酸变异。一种是两个个体最近共同祖先自发时间的均值 ()，另一种是样本中两基因之间的核苷酸差异数目的均值 ()。在遗传力减弱的情况下，即新突变的有害效应被削弱，我们发现 随群体大小的标度取决于突变率，从而导致当 N 较大时出现尖锐阈值现象。
