电迁移诱导台阶聚束过程中台阶流平流的作用

摘要
我们基于Burton-Cabrera-Frank方程提出一个一维模型，用以描述邻晶面上电迁移诱导的台阶聚束不稳定性。由原子蒸发和/或沉积引起的台阶漂移被明确纳入我们的模型。线性稳定性分析揭示了随着蒸发速率变化出现的多次稳定性反转，而沉积通量则显示出稳定效应。
